Cancellation & Refund Policy

We keep this simple and fair. Here's exactly how cancellations, fees, and refunds work.

How billing works

When you book, we place an authorization hold on your card through Stripe — no money moves yet. You're only charged after your clean is complete. If you cancel in time, the hold is released and you're charged nothing.

Cancelling or rescheduling

  • 24+ hours before your appointment: free to cancel or reschedule. The hold is released — no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before, lockout, or no-show: a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total is charged, since we've reserved the time and turned away other work.

Re-clean guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your clean, let us know within 24 hours. We'll come back and re-clean the affected areas at no charge. If we still can't make it right, we'll issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Authorization holds that are released (for on-time cancellations) usually disappear from your statement within a few business days — that's not a charge, just a temporary hold.
