These terms govern your use of maidmarvel.com and the cleaning services provided by Maid Marvel ("we," "us"). By booking, you agree to them.
We provide residential cleaning in the Los Angeles area, including maintenance, standard, deep, move-in/out, and related cleans. Service scope depends on the option you select and the condition of your home.
We collect a payment method at booking through Stripe and place an authorization hold on your card. You are charged only after your clean is complete. For bookings scheduled further out, we may re-authorize your card closer to the service date.
See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. In short: free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before; cancellations within 24 hours or lockouts/no-shows are charged 50% of the booking.
If you're not happy with your clean, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. If still unresolved, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maid Marvel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Report any concern (damage, missed area) within 24 hours so we can make it right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
